3. Lead Generation and Non-Customer Records
WeatherOps and WeatherHailOps may process information about prospects, property owners, businesses, and storm-affected properties that do not belong to registered Platform users or paying customers. These records may come from users, licensed data providers, public records, maps, weather services, permit sources, customer-approved integrations, or other supported workflows.
A generated lead, property record, public-record match, weather event, or third-party contact record is not consent to contact that person. Platform customers remain responsible for lawful basis, consent, Do Not Call screening, email compliance, solicitation rules, and all federal and state outreach requirements before contacting any lead or property owner.
4. Property Imagery, Maps, and Location Data
Mapping, aerial, satellite, Street View, roof, property, and location features are provided only for lawful roofing, contracting, estimating, routing, support, and customer-service workflows. These tools may not be used for stalking, surveillance, harassment, intimidation, doxxing, discriminatory targeting, scams, unauthorized scraping, model training, or creating off-platform datasets.
Provider terms may require attribution, end-user notices, privacy protections, location permissions, retention limits, and restrictions on copying, caching, exporting, or reusing map and imagery content outside authorized Platform workflows.
5. Uploaded Content, Copyright, and Moderation
Users are responsible for documents, photos, images, logos, videos, screenshots, insurance files, map content, and other materials they upload, import, generate, send, or ask the Platform to process. Users must own the content or have the rights, permissions, releases, licenses, and consents needed for Weather Ops LLC and its subprocessors to process it.
Weather Ops LLC may remove content, disable access, preserve evidence, restrict features, suspend users, terminate accounts, or ban repeat infringers or bad-faith uploaders when we identify copyright infringement, privacy violations, abusive content, unsafe AI use, malicious activity, or misuse of property imagery.
6. Operational Access and Monitoring
Authorized Weather Ops LLC personnel and service providers may access logs, uploaded content, AI prompts and outputs, support context, integration metadata, communications metadata, diagnostic events, and account activity when needed to operate, secure, support, debug, improve, moderate, audit, and enforce the Platform.
7. Safeguards
We select providers based on their role in delivering the platform and require appropriate confidentiality, security, and data-protection obligations. Access is limited to the data each provider needs for its function. Where possible, data is transmitted over encrypted connections and protected by role-based access controls, tenant isolation, audit logging, and operational monitoring.
